Who's Sorry Now?

If a member of my group does something wrong, I hate to apologize for it. While I might sympathize with anyone who was affected by the wrong-doing, I don't feel any responsibility. I can say, "I'm sorry." But it will have a hollow ring because I am only sorry that something bad happened. All I can do when someone I know messes up is to say "Hey, stop it." After that, I was my hands of the matter.

Sometimes in work situations, I have to swallow my pride and apologize for the team. Personal situations are different. I refuse to take the blame.
